Great location, just nearby a BTS station. Friendly staff and fun beginner class, suitable for tourists who don't speak Thai and want to experience something more active. There's no free water here so make sure to bring your own. Also, bring clean clothes and you can shower there.
A great place for beginners Muay Thai. You can feel yourself getting stronger in a week. Lots of warm up and HIIT before you even get the gloves on. Keeps your heart rate up for the entire 90 minutes. Trainers are very supportive and motivating.
