If you want to learn authentic, quality Muay Thai, come here. We teach Muay Thai for fitness and to prepare you for competitions. The prices are affordable, the classes are excellent, and you will get to meet some awesome people.
The gym is newly renovated, clean and welcoming. It’s an open-air gym (meaning no air-con) but there are fans. Honestly, we love having the gym open to the elements. The bathrooms are clean (with a shower), there are lockers, new punching bags, and the floors are sanitised every day.

SKILLS FOCUS
Each class is 1.5 hours long. You start with stretching for 10-15 minutes, then have 3-5 minute rounds where the teacher will hold pads and tell you how to hit them. You can catch your breath while the other students do the same. Usually, you'll go from boxing, to knees and elbows, to kicks, to everything. Then, you'll cool down for 10 minutes with stretches and ab workouts. You don't have to know anything – all levels are welcome.

Went as a beginner with my brother and I have to say this place is amazing. Kru King is a very friendly and humble instructor. He runs a great class, very detailed. He will explain you the very basics, over and over again if needed until you get it right. Great balance between technique and endurance. We were the only ones on the 4pm class and it was practically a private session, very professional. The place is not hard to find and has parking space for cars and bikes. It’s very clean, has it’s own bathroom, they even sell water and offer lockers to store your things. The classes are 1 hour and 30 minutes long, and usually run up from 4pm onwards. Make sure to give a call if you arrive and the place itself is closed. Someone will pick up and give you the information needed. The class was also very cheap in price. A must do if you have the time.
Great fun and all trainers and staff very friendly
Clean and friendly environment with a supportive teacher, Kru'Pond, who teaches muay thai for fitness (not for fights). Over here, emphasis is placed on learning by doing, although, he can explain some of the techniques through basic English. Hands wraps and boxing gloves are provided for public use. There are also lockers to store your personal belongings. Overall, you will definitely get your money's worth by learning Thai boxing here.
