I attended both a class with my friend and a one to one session. Honestly have nothing but good things to say about the gym and trainer. Suitable for all abilities. My friend had never trained before but was welcomed to the class, took a lot from it and had fun. I have had some training and benefited greatly from the experience. The class was great but the 2 hour one to one that I had was awesome. Kru pushes you hard but keeps it fun. I have honesyly never sweated so much in all my life but couldn't stop smiling. I learned a few new techniques and tweaked a few that I already had. Highly recommended. Would definitely go back if I had the chance to do so.
Keeping my age in mind and with no basic knowledge of boxing. I initially thought i would only be able to burn a few calories.. but it was so much fun with the trainers who were so friendly and motivating. They created a very good environment that inspired me to learn more and more each day .Can't believe myself i was moving like a boxer within my first 4 classes. Excellent coaching and very inspiring team and im so proud of my choice.
Very nice professional gym with high standard Thai boxing trainers. This gym can provide and serves all kind of trainees both with experienced or non experienced with Muay Thai. The price is amazing comparing with the standard.
Great quality group training session for 150 baht for 1.5 hours. A great insight to Muay Thai if you've never trained before. But if you have trained before as my friend had then you can be sure to be worked hard. Very recommended
Top Class Trainers,Good Student:Trainer Ratio,Good quality training partners, Traditional and Reasonably priced. Good place to correct your form and technique. My son and I Were here only for a few days and manage to learn quite a lot. Good place to start Muay Thai fresh
